2 Days full workshop which includes:

Day 1: Theory:
● Unlocking your Events Business full potential
● Decoding legal contracts, both Business and HR
● Consistent Revenue Generation and managing your books
●Client contracts and import Terms & Conditions to have in place.
● 101 guide on Event Planning, Managing and Coordination, with particular reference to out of province weddings.

Day 2: Practicals
Step by step guide and walk through of a full wedding setup:
●Attendees will get to see the KO team in action as we will be doing a full wedding setup outdoors from tent, drapping, suspended Florals and Pandents, full main area styling and guest table setup with a suspended floral as a centrepiece and lounge pod styling.
