How's that for a frittata?
We have changed our eating habits in our house and no longer do commercial cereals, eggs are better for you especially if they are paired with veggies and another protein be it tuna or chicken or whatever takes your fancy (my home doesn't do bacon, some things are just not good for you).
I must say eating this way has changed my life! ..... And saved a ton of doctors bills!

Time to start thinking about putting in those orders for platters for the year end celebrations.... we do ours with a Portuguese flavour! Oh and then there are the cakes! Everything tastes great because we use real butter not marge! Pictured is the Portuguese orange cake. Normally this cake is served plain as its good enough without anything on top of it but we decided to notch it up a level and finish with a dusting of icing sugar topped with orange icing crowns.... :)
