Our luxury, mostly self-catering chalets, need to be booked out (minimum of 50pax) for at least 1 night at a discounted rate of R600ppn. We also have the option of 5 extra (single) mattresses . We sleep 56(beds) plus the 5 mattresses and there are many other places that offer accommodation within a 1-4km radius from our farm. Caravans - R300pppn
Please note: Caravans must have their own bathroom facilities and toilet.
1 power point will be provided per caravan (Unfortunately no tents.) Minimum booking of 50 is still valid for our accommodation policy. Additional Services
We offer breakfast the following morning at an additional fee. We offer dinner the night before at an additional fee. Artificial flower arrangements FOR RENT with many colours of flowers and greens to choose from @ R320 per runner. Black & White Dance floor for rent @ R1700

Events are subject to maximum of 8 hours. Cut off time is 12pm. Indoor facilities
Main hall, Lounge and Bar closes at 12pm sharp unless prior arrangements have been made. Bar – A additional cost of R500 will be charged to keep the bar open from 12pm till 1am. Outdoor facilities
Stoep area will be made available after 12pm at a cost of R500 per hour. Not later than 2am. R1000 per hour will be charged after from 2am onwards. During loadshedding hours if we need to run a generator a cost of R1500 per hour will be charged after 12pm
STRICTLY
NO after parties will be allowed in chalets. NO alcohol other than provided by ATILA will be allowed to be brought in or consumed at/on ATILA. There is a cash bar. You will be fined and forfeit your deposit if any alcohol is brought onto our premises without permission. ATILA reserves the right to check/search all cars and bags of anybody entering our premises for alcohol or drugs as we see fit. ATILA reserves the right to remove anybody, not adhering to our rules, or misbehaving, from our premises at any time. We do not allow day visitors unless prior arrangements has been made with Atila management. Book in time from 2pm. Book out time strictly 10am. Setup/Breakdown fee R3500
On the day Coordinator manager/floor manager for the duration of event R3500. A REFUNDABLE damage deposit of R4500 payable in advance. This covers both Venue and Accommodation.
25% Deposit payable to secure booking date.
50% payable 6 months before event date. Balance payable 3 weeks before event date.
