I catered for a fantastic birthday party last night - such amazing people! We did canapés on arrival and then delicious tasting boats for main. Norwegian salmon with green rice and lemon butter. Beef fillet with chimmichurri. Roasted tomatoes and wedges. Slow cooked lamb on butternut couscous with tzatziki. Pastei de natas and homemade ice cream for dessert. Such a great evening
