Hi everyone, I hope you are enjoying the warmer weather- I have developed a few new dishes this week and they will be in store on Tuesday next week Honey bbq deboned chicken thighs on roasted veges. Cauliflower and chick pea butter curry (like the sauce for butter chicken) , Mediterraneanchicken using chicken thighs with a tomato based sauce with fresh herbs and smoked paprika with black olives and chick peas, traditional chicken livers peri peri in mild creamy tomato based sauce, roasted cherry tomato penne with a creamy sundried tomato sauce topped with grated cheese. Enjoy and I would love your feedback thanks

Main was a curry buffet of butter chicken, lamb curry, basmati rice, poppadums and sambals and dessert was a pile of churros with chocolate sauce ! Delish
