Looking for well spoken, energetic, all rounder with a can do attitude.
Work independently with minimum supervision.
Capable of upselling and confidently speak to clientele.
This will include taking orders and serving customers.
Knowledge and preparation of specialty coffees is a must.
Must have knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene.
Able to maintain consistency with all menu items, and attention to small details.

All applicants to adhere to the following criteria for proceeding to the interview process.

Must have own reliable transport.
Live close or in surrounding area of Port Edward.
Able to work shifts.

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Cooks to join our kitchen team! If you thrive under pressure, have solid kitchen skills, and take pride in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organized, and hygienic at all times
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures
• Work effectively and efficiently as part of a team
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment
• Strong knife skills and sound cooking techniques
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexible with working hours and available to work shifts

Interview Criteria – Please Read Carefully:
✔ Must have own reliable transport
✔ Must live in or near Port Edward
