What’s on your menu this Valentine’s Day? I prefer to keep my Valentine’s Day dishes nice and light. Add a beautiful bottle of wine, some chocolate and strawberries and you’re all set 👌🏽

Homemade cheeseburger anyone? Here’s a nice and easy beef patty recipe for your burger 🍔
Ingredients: ground beef, chopped onions, chopped peppers red/green/yellow, 1 large egg, fresh bread crumbs, season with salt and pepper and any spice of your choice. I like to add texan barbeque spice 🧂
Mix all and shape into small balls and press.
Place on grill or hot pan for 5-6min on each side depending on thickness.
Melt cheese slice when almost done and assemble your burger as desired 🤤🍔

Great for lunch boxes too 👌🏽

Add a healthy, fresh and delicious salad to your Christmas lunch table 🥗👩🏾‍🍳

Christmas Salad:
Crunchy mixed green leveas of choice
Kiwi fruit sliced
Pamegranite seeds
Red onion
Charred sweet corn
Toss all ingredients - avoid overmixing


vinaigrette dressing
5mls honey
20mls extra virgin olive oil
5mls vineger
1tsp digon mustard
taste with salt and pepper

TIPS
best made close to serving, to prevent from being soggy
