Last night, N9ne Catering had the pleasure of hosting the Delaire Wine Tasting in our beautifully appointed Grand Lounge.
Guests were welcomed into an elegant setting where warm lighting, refined table settings, premium wines, and exceptional service created the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable evening.
The menu showcased a carefully curated culinary journey, beginning with a Feta Cheese & Beetroot Tartlet, followed by Red Wine Braised Beef served with Parmesan Mash and Roasted Root Vegetables, and ending on a sweet note with our decadent Chocolate Volcano. Every course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented to complement the evening's wine selections. ✨
A special highlight was seeing guests enjoy the sophisticated ambiance of the Grand Lounge — from the stylish bar and intimate lounge spaces to the elegant dining setup that provided the perfect backdrop for an evening of great conversation, fine wine, and outstanding food.
