Xcentric Events We are passionate about people and love each experience we have had with different teams over the last 10 years. It is a calling & it shows.

It’s not just another event, it’s not just a job. We work with an amazing team that includes experts in various fields & beautiful venues. It gives us a huge advantage of knowing what works & where our teams will get the most value for money. We combine this knowledge to give you the best there is to offer. We offer team building, events & custom designed programs. If your team has a specific theme or vision they need to incorporate into their next event we design it from scratch, new ideas & concepts until it shapes into your desired result. Years of experience have made us confident to call ourselves Event Experts. We believe the success of any event is due to a combination of exceptional organisational skills, the smaller details and passion that shines through from the first call to when your last team member leaves the event. We understand that you have other responsibilities and take a leap of faith when intrusting us with all your event arrangements. Eliminate stress and let’s take care of everything. It’s what we do and most importantly it’s what we love so your team is in great hands. Your event is important to us. Bringing the best out of your team is our passion. Your satisfaction is what we strive for.

Working with SA Event Decor is always an absolute pleasure.

Chris, Elsa, and the entire team consistently go above and beyond to bring every vision to life. As a creative director, I often arrive with the craziest ideas, a story to tell, and a feeling I want guests to experience. Somehow, they always help me make sense of those ideas and transform them into something even more incredible than I imagined.

Without them, there would be no theme, no story to tell, and no magical atmosphere for guests to step into. Their attention to detail is exceptional, they're always prepared, always on time, and every member of the team is professional, passionate, and willing to go the extra mile.

A special thank you to Chris for his leadership and commitment, and to Elsa, the powerhouse behind the scenes who ensures everything comes together seamlessly.

Thank you for believing in the vision, embracing my wild ideas, and helping turn imagination into unforgettable experiences. I couldn't ask for a better décor partner, and I look forward to creating many more incredible events together. Highly recommended!
