Job Vacancy: Debtors & Creditors Clerk

Location: Montana, Pretoria
Position: Full-Time

Batter Boys Village is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organised Debtors & Creditors Clerk to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer and supplier accounts while ensuring accurate financial administration and maintaining healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities
* Process customer invoices and supplier invoices.
* Manage debtor collections and follow up on overdue accounts.
* Reconcile debtor and creditor accounts.
* Allocate customer payments and supplier payments.
* Prepare monthly age analysis reports.
* Resolve account queries with customers and suppliers.
* Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
* Assist with month-end financial administration.
* Perform general finance and administrative duties as required.
* โ Oversee stock control

Minimum Requirements
* Grade 12 (Matric).
* Minimum of 2 yearsโ€™ experience in a Debtors and Creditors role.
* Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with accounting software (sage one)
* Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently, accurately, and under pressure.
* High level of integrity and attention to detail.

An established group of companies with a strong presence in Montana Pretoria and Pretoria East is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and compliance, ensuring the financial aspect of the group runs smoothly and efficiently. This will entail tax submissions, payroll processing and submissions, daily transcation processing, and several other accounting related tasks.

Desired Experience & Qualification
o Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Senior Bookkeeper
o Proficiency in:
- Pastel Partner
- Sage Payroll
- Sage One Accounting
o Bonus skills: Easy-Acc and X-Paylo
o Strong knowledge of VAT, EMP submissions, and payroll compliance
o Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
o Strong organizational and communication skills

Remuneration
o CTC: Approx. R25,000 / month
o Growth Potential: Opportunity for career progression within the group of entities
o Work Environment: In-office role based in Faerie Glen, Pretoria
