What advice would you give to women looking to make their mark in the MICE industry?
"First, know that this is not just a job, it’s a calling. This is not something you just do or eventually learn; it is who you are. It will ask a lot of you - your time, your creativity, your resilience - but it will also give back in ways you can’t imagine. You’ll see the magic of ideas turning into reality, you’ll watch strangers become friends and confidants, and you’ll have moments that will make all the long hours’ worth it.
Be prepared to work hard but never lose your sense of passion and curiosity. Continuously learn from everyone around you - from the most seasoned professionals to the people quietly making things happen behind the scenes. Relationships are everything in this industry; build them with kindness, authenticity, and integrity".

I am overwhelmed with gratitude and pride that we were awarded the PCO Alliance Network, 𝐏𝐂𝐎 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 at the Women in MICE Awards 2025 hosted on 6 August 2025 at Gallagher Convention Centre.
