NOTICE TO RESIDENTS AND BUSINESS OWNERS OF UPCOMING ROAD RACE

Dear Sir/Madam

RIGHT TO RUN/WALK - 5KM, 10KM & 21.1KM

Please be informed of the following upcoming road race.

Information regarding the event:
 Date: 21 March 2026
 Venue: Sunnypark Shopping Centre & surrounds
 Roads affected: see attached map
 Time: 04:00 – 12:00 (fencing can start as early as 03:00)
 Number of participants: 3000
 Traffic Management: TMPD
 The event will be presented by Arcadia Running Club

We are writing this letter to inform you of the event as well as to ask for your understanding and assistance for the 8 hours that the event will take place. The event will affect traffic flow from 06:00-10:30 in your area and there will be increased activity from 05:00-11:00. TMPD has been engaged to handle traffic management.
