PHOTOSHOOTS - ARRANGEMENTS BY WHATSAPP ONLY
We are currently receiving a large number of calls for photoshoots during dine and matric farewell season, which is also coinciding with our bussiest period for year end and wedding enquiries.
Should you wish to take photos at the venue, please follow the following process:
1) Send a Whatsapp message to us giving the following details:
Date
Time of shoot
Number of individuals taking part in the shoot
Individuals name who is coordinating the arrangements with the photographer
2) Confirmation will be sent through to you if we are able to accommodate you on that day in that specific time slot. We have decided that a maximum number of 20 individuals will be allowed to take photos at one time, therefore, not everybody will be able to be accommodated
3) Your photographer will then need to send a whatsapp on the day of the shoot to receive the specific instruction and information pertaining to where on the property photos may be taken and the procedure for entering and leaving the property. Not all areas on the property may be used for photos. The photographer will need to confirm the name of the person coordinating the shoot
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
We have had a number of instances over the past few weeks where individuals have arrived to take photos without any prior arrangement.
Kleinbosch is aware that locations are scarce to take shoots at, however, should individuals arrive for shoots without making any prior arrangements, then as a venue we will close our gates to student and scholar photoshoots on a permanent basis.
We ask that the correct procedures are followed, and that should we not be able accommodate you, that this will be respected and individuals will not enter the property
