Served with tangy, crisp coleslaw.

Once upon a time, a juicy green apple wandered into a kitchen and fell head over heels for some slow-cooked pulled pork. ❤️

The pork was rich, sticky and wonderfully savoury. The apple was fresh, crisp and just tart enough to keep things interesting.
