Is this not the most feared word every bride DOESN'T want to hear? 🙈 Good news is there are tons of tips and tricks for you to save some money during your wedding. Here are 5 of our best tips to help you save some Rands!

If you're considering doing things yourself, be honest about whether you have the time and skill, and that you will be happy with what you create. You also don't want the pressure of doing it yourself, adding unnecessary stress due to lack of time. There are lots of other ways to save money if you're not a big DIY-er.

We've all been at a wedding where there was that one thing you couldn't stop talking about and you probably took photos to show your friends! We think creative ceremony backdrops are going to be a massive 2023 trend! This is such a unique and special way to inject your personal personality and vibe into your day 💐✨🌅

While some might say they're "over-the-top" - we couldn't disagree more! Just imagine your ceremony photos, when you have something unique like this behind you. This is perfect for a venue that might not have a lot of natural photo-taking spots and if you have an excellent wedding planner - they'll re-use what they can in your reception or make that a dedicated wedding photo area for your guests! 😍🤵👰

And before you want this, but I don't think this is in my budget, get onto Pinterest and have a look at what ideas are out there. You can easily have a Macramé backdrop, you will need a lot of time, but soon you'll be on auto-pilot while watching your favourite show. Or you can try your hand at folding origami birds,
spray-paint them in your wedding colours and create another beautiful backdrop.
