It was a truly special day at INN SAFE HANDS Children's Home
I had the privilege of spending time with the kids to teach them about the importance of teamwork and kitchen hygiene through a fun pizza & dessert-making experience.
The day was centered around the theme of 'Ubuntu,' emphasizing the significance of working together and caring for one another.
I am so grateful to the Hermanus family for allowing me to share this valuable experience with the next generation

I LOVE FOOD
Many people ask me, ‘WHY A CAREER IN FOOD?’
My answer remains simple ‘I LOVE FOOD!’
If its a person with passion towards eating good food, enjoying the process of cooking and making tummies smile with good food, that you're looking for, look no more!
My love and passion for food started at a very young age, at home helping Mom and Gran with the daily cooking. Growing up I've realized that this passion stretches far beyond a love for food but for the most part, a love for people. Our home has become, what i like to call it, a food haven, to our friends and family. We always welcoming people into our home and lives through good food and good vibes. This has given me the opportunity to unleash my creativity. The smell and sight of food moves my senses, it starts at just enjoying picking up that spoon, the clink of the pots, opening up the fridge and just creating amazing flavorful dishes.
I want to cook for as long as i physically can, its something i do to indulge my imagination, be creative and feed my artistic passion. To me, cooking is the most consistent of life’s joys and is immeasurably rewarding, both instantly and constantly.
