And so the time has come to make this bitter sweet announcement: we are moving to Swellendam in 3 weeks!

I'll still be cooking a couple of times, but will now have to focus on the mountain of packing.

I am so immensly grateful for your support and friendship over the years. Thank you.

My prayer is that God will bless you and keep you, that He will make His face to shine upon you, and give you peace. Amen.

Dearest clients,

Looking back I am so grateful for such loyal patronage. There are people still supporting me that bought the first Proviand Food Box, people that have religiously attended my events, people who come for a weekly coffee and cheesecake, people who have become friends..
I am so grateful for and to you.
And that is why this announcement is hard.

It's time for a new chapter for Proviand.

As many of you know, I homeschool my kids and it's become increasingly hard to juggle the business and homeschooling.

At the end of the November I will be closing the restaurant.

Hanlie Burger will open 1924 Bistro at the same location, so you can still enjoy that beautiful house and garden feels.

I will still be doing the family dinners and baking the occasional cheesecake or two 😅. I am also still available for catering and platters.

Even though this is sad, I am looking forward to the next chapter with great anticipation and joy.
