Menu tonight.
1. Parma ham, melon and fresh figs with balsamic pearls and sour dough boat.
2. Vietnamese duck salad with Vietnamese coriander, chilli, fish sauce and coriander
3. Open ravioli with crab claws and prawns saffron velote and trout roe
4 watermelon and lime granita
5. Leek and sweet potato puree with veal racks, steamed baby beetroot, caramelized baby carrots, tender asparagus and pepper whisky cream.
6. Apple tart tin with Halva ice cream and freeze dried strawberry dust.

Tired of cooking all through lock down!! Take a break and let me do dinner all you have to do is pop it in the oven to reheat. Beef Lasagne, mild chicken curry, oxtail etc.
