These heavenly cakes are made with Hake, Gurnard, smoked Salmon and Haddock, potatoes, some seasonings, spring onions and eggs for binding. They get coated in panko and fried till crispy.
We serve them (2) with our homemade tartare sauce and good old peas and glazed carrots

Moroccan Lamb and lentil soup
Out of 10 on the flavour scale, I would give this a 12!
For this dish we use Leg of lamb, vegetables tomatoes and lentils, warm spices like cumin paprika turmeric cinnamon. Lots of fresh herbs and our homemade chicken stock. We serve this with sourdough bread on the side. All our soups are great for freezing purposes
