Looking back at one of our final weddings of 2025 and still feeling all the feelings about this one 💜

Hosted at St Anne’s for a beautiful ex-St Anne’s girl, this wedding carried so much sentimental meaning and history for the couple and their families. The brief was simple: honour the venue and the memories attached to it… but make sure it didn’t feel like a school hall! 😉

We think it is safe to say, our draping and décor team understood the assignment. 🙌

From the soft draping and layered lighting to the furniture, styling and feast from the Hamblin’s Catering team, this space transformed so beautifully and it was such a privilege for us to coordinate and create alongside an incredible group of suppliers.

To Franki & Liam — thank you for trusting us with your vision and allowing us to play a part in such a special day.

Love on the Lawn always feels extra special for our team ❤️

Most weeks, our crews spend hours creating beautiful spaces behind the scenes — hanging draping, placing furniture, styling florals, setting tables, prepping food — and then many of the team quietly disappear before the celebration fully unfolds.

So, getting to be present for the full showcase, watch the space come alive, meet excited couples, see people enjoying the food, taking photos, laughing with friends, and soaking in all the atmosphere… that part never loses its thrill.

We’re so grateful to our hardworking Muirhead's Hiring and Hamblins Catering teams who pour so much into events like this. The long setup days, the early mornings, the late nights, the problem-solving, the heavy lifting, the small details nobody notices unless they’re missing… it takes a village! 😅

To every couple who stopped by to chat, ask questions, admire the décor, or dream out loud with us about your wedding day — thank you. We genuinely can’t wait to work with many of you in the months ahead.

Happy birthday to us! 🥂💃🏼✨

Today, Muirhead's Hiring officially turns 30.

This morning we pressed pause for a little in-house celebration with our team before jumping straight back into a full and busy weekend of events… which honestly feels pretty fitting for us! 😅

Three decades of weddings, celebrations, beautiful setups, early mornings, late nights, loyal clients, incredible suppliers, and the most hardworking team behind it all.

To every couple, client, venue, staff member and supporter who has been part of our story over the years — thank you. Truly.

30 years later and we still feel so lucky to do what we do.

Now… back onto the trucks we go 🚛

30 years. And when we look back, it’s not just the events or the milestones we see… it’s the people 🤍

The team members who have shown up, day in and day out, over the past three decades. The ones who have packed trucks in the early hours, set tables with care, climbed ladders for draping, polished cutlery, solved last-minute hiccups, and kept things moving behind the scenes.

There are far too many to name, but every single one has played a part. Each person has brought something of themselves into this business and helped shape it into what it is today.

We don’t take that lightly.

To everyone who has been part of the Muirhead's Hiring story over the years — thank you. For your time, your effort, your loyalty, and the pride you’ve taken in the work. It’s because of you that we get to celebrate 30 years of something we are so, so proud of.
