Also a hearty congratulations on your retirement. Honestly the standard youve set in the decor industry is admirable and there is nobody that competes to what youve achieved. Our events that youve decored were absolutly outstanding. Such a great legacy. On another note, it is through you that we had the courage to believe again that we could venture into business and you kindness to us will never be forgotten. All the best for whatever lies ahead. Sorry, I got cut off earlier. I saw your Facebook post, and I can only imagine how sad your customers must be. The decor you’ve had has been exceptional, outstanding, and commendable. You put every function together immaculately, Evie. No one will ever come close to your standard.

I know it’s been so much hard work and effort. It’s taken a lot out of you because you were so passionate about it and you gave it your all. Evie, it’s been the best decor company I’ve known.

I’m so excited for you that you’re taking a break. I’m so happy you’ve put yourself first and prioritised your health. There comes a time in life where you have to do that, and you’ve worked so hard, Evie.

I pray for the Lord’s blessings, favour, and mercy over you. I pray that in the next season of your life you continue to experience His glory and His blessings. We’re so excited for you in this sense, even though I know many of your customers’ hearts are probably very sore right now.

Evie, you’ve been such an outstanding and commendable woman, giving nothing but the best to your customers. Now you’ve got time on your hands, so maybe we can come visit you.

You’ve done so much for so many people. Now it’s time for you to enjoy your life. Please make sure you do that — rest, enjoy yourself, and give yourself the best, because you deserve nothing less.

​Our founder, Yvette Abraham, has officially decided to retire at the end of June 2026 following a wonderfully successful tenure at the helm of Candles & Decor. 🥂✨
​What started over two decades ago as a passion project has grown into a beloved business, and we could not have done it without your unwavering support, smiles, and shared love for all things beautiful. We are immensely grateful for the memories we've made and the privilege of being a part of your lives for more than a quarter of a century.
