We found each other in photography and dancing.

In 2010 Johann won Landi’s heart by taking up Ballroom dancing and they have since been dancing through life together and capturing every moment. We got hitched in 2011. In 2012 Johann decided to take up photography on a full time basis and JoWestphotography was born. The next year was a busy year as our first born made his arrival. Markus is now 3 years and little Ellerike joined the family last

year. Landi recently followed in Johann’s footsteps and we are now capturing loving couples and family’s most memorable moments together. In his free time, you might find Johann drinking a good cup of Coffee (his really addicted) and networking or spending time in our garden taking macro shots of any insect he can find. Landi loves to dance nothing excites her more than putting on her point shoes. But mostly, you can find us together playing with our two lovely children our loving bullterrier and fluffy grey cat. Why do we love taking photos; because with every wedding we capture we fall in love with each other over again. There's just something about weddings that we love. The realness. The emotion. The stories. But above all...we're most passionate about marriage the covenant that two individuals, a son and daughter of God step into, forever joining them before God and man. A beautiful union, and we're so incredibly honoured to be able to be a part of and witnesses to so many beautiful beginnings. We have photographed weddings nationwide and we love to travel for destination weddings. At JoWestphotography we believe in providing the best possible product we have a policy in not limiting our clients to a specific amount of photos, because every moment of your day is special and therefore we make sure that every photo is a good photo.
