Internationally renowned, With over a decade of experience in professional catering, fine dining, and food styling, he has become a powerful voice in celebrating African flavors while pioneering large-scale catering innovation.

As a TV personality featured on SABC TV shows such as Dijo Le Bophelo, The Wedding Chefs, and The Takeoff, Tony has captured hearts with his authentic approach to storytelling through food.
