FIT Birthday Parties We offer supervised functional fitness birthday parties at FIT-MAC Paarl that has a rock wall, trampoline and party area! Perfect for kids aged 3-14.

Finally a birthday party that promotes health and fitness through FUN! Parties include 1hr supervised gym time with a mix between organised functional fitness, obstacle courses and open play. Gym time is followed by 30 mins in our party area to enjoy cake, presents and your guests! Perfect for toddlers through high school age students.

Kicked off August with a high energy birthday party! 24 kids got tt start off their Saturday with a fun warm up followed by some skill training. We then had a great show by John McGrath and finished off the day with an epic obstacle course!
