Hey Everyone, Please send me your email address if you would like to come to the cooking class to be held at Arbor Guest House next week Friday. The Class will be held at 6:45. The Topic is how to make by hand Traditional Italian Pasta. Its going to be an evening of fun but space is limited. maximum of 3 per table minimum of 2. It costs R150.00 per person attending with a free bottle of wine per table and dinner. Send email addresses so I can send you the official invitation with details.

We will be doing a cooking class next week Friday at Arbour guest house in Newcastle. Its R150.00 per person it includes dinner and a bottle of wine per table. Minimum of 2 people per table with a maximum of 3. Its going to be alot of fun so tell all your friends. Next weeks lesson is on how to make fresh traditional Italian Pasta.

Its almost Easter and the long weekend is upon us. So I have thought of a very easy way to kick off the weekend with out spending hours in the kitchen tonight preparing dinner for the family and friends. Its Apricot Chicken and I promise you its as simple as the three steps below.

1. Use one cup mayonnaise, one cup Mrs Balls Apricot Chutney, 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard. 1/2 teaspoons black pepper. mix together

2. Braise Chicken pieces in a pan until brown, put all together into a casserole dish together with the mixture above. Cook in the oven at about 140 - 160 degrees
