Our founder, Belia has always been an enthusiastic foodie with a sincere love and appreciation of fresh, seasonal produce, and the joy of bringing people together over a beautifully prepared meal. Forever smelling of lemon, garlic, and fresh herbs harvested from her tiny garden, she taught herself the intricacies of making magic in the kitchen, until she had the wonderful opportunity to follow her dreams and study at Silwood School of Cookery.
