Mintirho Utilities Hire is a group of companies dedicated to providing accommodation and lavatory facility services to the community.

We partner with you in ensuring that all your events have sanitary lavatory solutions in the form of portable toilets designed with the utmost hygiene and women in mind along with a Honey Sucker to clean the portable toilets and domestic septic tanks. These units have translucent roofs for ample natural light during the day and LED lights that switch on spontaneously when the door is opened at night, ventilated walls so odours are not contained, urinals for the male users, and an actual toilet for the female users – which reduces the occurrence of urine on the seat and floors, mounted mirror, sanitizer dispenser, basin with running water over and above the step to flush mechanism.

We also partner with you in ensuring that you have access to a safe, affordable, clean, and family-friendly rental neighbourhood in the form of Mercy Village, situated just outside of section D2 and across the road from The Giyani College of Education. Mercy Village is a secure complex with niceties that include a borehole for uninterrupted water supply and prepaid meters, so electricity bills are not aggregated amongst residents.

*Daily lavatory rental prices start from as little as R 750.00 a day with reduced rates for extended rental periods.
**Honey Sucker rentals/septic tank cleaning starts from as little as R 850.00 per household
** Apartment rentals start from as little as R 1 800 per month.
