A family business is never an easy one in a business environment; issues of work behavior, role clarifications, expectations and levels of control pop in time to time. But…we collectively made it to where the company is today. Tshose’s Hiring Services and Projects CC started in 1999 and formally registered in year 2006, by a retired teacher and her spouse. This undertaking was prompted by early re

tirement (keeping busy project) by my late mother; and importantly by the need for hiring equipment in the rural part of the North West Province i.e. Chaneng village, under the Bafokeng Royal Administration. We started off with hiring out PVC tents, plastic chairs, rectangular steel tables and mobile chemical toilets. The business has grown over the years to integrate modern and innovative décor ideas i.e. stretch tents, tiffany chairs, excutive toilets, mobile fridges etc. We have progressed and acquired skills to deal and create memorable and customized events of any scale i.e. from tiny intimate baby shower events to huge and glamorous wedding events.
