Mash Malibe is a Corporate MC, Speaker and Brand Coach. She is an established brand communications professional with a career span of 17 years in the marketing industry and 14 years as a business owner servicing clients as a professional marketing consultant. She has seasoned experience in strategy formulation, public and media relations, corporate and executive profiling, reputation management and brand management. Her key skills are market research, creative thinking, audience targeting, content creation, public speaking and brand coaching.
Mash has emerged as a Senior Credentialed Coach with the Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA) and Certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She’s an active member of both COMENSA & ICF South Africa Chapter. Through her company Red Carpet Marketing; Mash Malibe facilitates strategic planning sessions for organisations as well as accredited and non-accredited management training.
Some of her achievements include a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications obtained from the University of Johannesburg, a pageant title as Mrs Mpumalanga 2018, Bushbuckridge Community Heroes Recognition Award 2018 recipient, Sunrise Women Awards Medium Business of the Year Award 2018 recipient and Sunrise Women Awards Most Stylish Woman of the year 2018 recipient. Mash is currently based in Mpumalanga Province, implementing a change management and brand transformation strategy as the head of marketing at RISE fm, Mpumalanga’s only commercial radio station. Her purpose in life is to ignite confidence in others, to help them achieve their personal goals.
