This position will be responsible for assisting with the planning and ex*****on of certain aspects of our events, managing our online & direct sales, and helping to grow our brands. Experience in event planning, marketing, and sales, and a passion for creativity and excellence, will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the planning and ex*****on of certain elements of our events, including vendor management, creating promotional materials, social media marketing and managing logistics.
• Managing our online & direct sales, including creating and updating our e-commerce website, managing inventory, and processing orders, markets, agents & outlets.
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and traditional advertising
• Building relationships with clients and potential clients, including organizing meetings, compiling sponsorship proposals, hosting parties, and providing excellent customer service
• Creating and maintaining accurate records of sales, expenses, and other relevant data
• Other tasks as needed to support the company's goals and objectives
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising techniques and social media
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media, and e-commerce platforms
Compensation:
