And we cater for any events & offer take away every Fridays.

The Mauritian cuisine is a blend of Creole,Chinese,European and Indian influences.It is common for a combination of cuisines to form part of the same meal.. Mauritius has had strong ties with the french culture throughout its story and was left with a very french " savoir vivre "
Even till today french dishes show prevalence of french culture in mauritius. As years passed by some have been adapted

to the more exotic ingredients of the island to confer some unique flavors. The traditional blends of home crushed spices are the sauce base for mouth watering indian curries

Rooted & Rising

I am the child of many cultures,
Each one alive in me,
Each one a story I proudly carry.
I inherit the wisdom of Egypt —a land of ancient strength and spiritual legacy.
And the energy of Karachi, bold & bustling,where resilience & rhythm live in every heartbeat.
I carry the soul of Marathi tradition —grounded, expressive, & rich in language & history.
And the elegance of Telugu heritage —
with deep roots in storytelling, respect & grace.

At my core,I am a Mauritian —
born of an island where cultures don’t just coexist,
they celebrate one another.
Where African,Indian,Asian & European influences blend into something beautifully unique.
Mauritius taught me that identity isn’t singular —it’s layered,fluid & deeply proud.

Now,I live in South Africa —
a land of strength,struggle & soul,
where I’ve found echoes of my own story in its diversity.
