These edible photo cookies of the couple’s engagement shoot felt like printing love directly onto vanilla dough. I still can’t believe we can do things like this!

Some sets just hit different - this one was extra special. Made for my cousin’s wedding in Cape Town, this travel-themed collection wasn’t just cookies, it was a little piece of my heart. If I had been making cookies when I got married, this is exactly the kind of set I would’ve made for us.

Can you believe this little reptile lover is getting so big? 🥹🐍
When he saw the cake, he didn’t say a word at first — just gently petted the snake’s head like it was real. A quiet little “wow” followed, and it melted me.
Happy birthday to the boy who can tell you 57 things about snakes before breakfast. We love you and your wild, wonderful brain more than you’ll ever know. 💚

These cookie favours were step one in a wild three-part celebration — complete with cupcakes for school, a cake for the farm, and one very excited little herpetologist-in-training.
