And that's a WRAP. Our Movie MANIA 🎬 Holiday Club comes to an end as we close off with the Movie MATILDA.

We had Bruce's chocolate cake to celebrate the July birthdays, we had Matilda's library hunt, and we kept away from the principals office! 🤣

We cannot thank you enough for this special time with these incredible little people!

MOVIE MANIA HOLIDAY CLUB DAY #4

MOVIE: PADDINGTON BEAR 🐻

Paddingtons character was born from a chance encounter, when Michael Bond spotted a lonely teddy bear sitting on a shelf near Paddington Station on Christmas Eve 1956. He purchased the bear and took him home as a gift for his wife.

Paddingtons iconic "Pleade look after the bear" label has a touching historical connection. Michael Bond was inspired by the labels worn by a child evacuees during World War Ii, who, like Paddington, worn tags with their names and carried their belongings in small suitcases.

Today, we are learning to stay very grateful for having people in our lives that love and adore us. We learned that we need to always look after our loved ones and our toys.

We had a special day. Lily won Guess how many bears and we made the cutest look-alike Paddington Bears ever!

Sleep well our little teddy bears... we sign off purchased holiday club tomorrow.

So blessed! 🐻

MOVIE: 🦁 THE LION KING 🦁

We got an Africa animal name, we had Timone's 🐛 bug hunt, we played match the tracks🐾 obstacle game, some acted out scenes from the movie, and we created beautiful savanna art with baby Simba! A very busy day!

Our message for today: REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE!

Sleep well our little animals... tomorrow is another busy day! 🦧🦍🐆🐯🐱🐺🦒🐘

MOVIE: TANGLED

"Sometimes you just gotta let your hair down" and have fun!

So much fun today... we ran to escapecthectower, we climbed up trees, we tangled up the "naughties", we made Rapunzel hair accessories, and we (Flynn's) opened the gates to freedom.

We completely ran out of time for pan tennis 🤣 Tomorrow, we explore another movie! 🎬

Well done, our little Rapunzel's and Flynn's... you did so well!

MOVIE: THE SMURFS

We learned that everyone knows a "Papa Smurf". Someone who is wise, that's a leader and a problem-solver; someone our little smurfs can rely on! What a blessing!

Our smurfs had to get their "berries" in the buckets before they flee into the woods to hide from Galgamore.

They could choose another name to make their survival bracelets since smurfs' names are based on their personalities... most of our kids chose their own birth name! 😱

They are all unique, beautiful, and a gift to our village!

Sleep well, little smurfs. Tomorrow, we dig into a whole nother world!

Our carnival-themed holiday club was a vibrant success, bursting with colorful games, and joyful laughter. Our kiddos are building friendships through our holiday clubs that will last a lifetime! The enthusiasm they bring to our club makes for unforgettable experiences!

The weather gave us a beautiful gap to race down a slippy slide. We did some hoolahoop toss games, celebrated Franky's 11th birthday, had cupcakes, water gun obstacle games.. tag races and some open gates.... they'll sleep well tonight!

CARNIVAL THEME... We tossed the bottles, blew off blocks, ran, jumped, did some memory games, even got some tattoos 😆
