Conveniently nestled in Kyalami Ridge Creche and Preschool , the venue was born April 2012 of a preschool and a parent wanting a space for her little one's first birthday. Eager to serve, we rallied together and the preschool lapa transformed into the ideal venue for children's parties. Surrounded by a lush green playground, the venue is clean, safe and fully equipped for the children's delight. P

arties are held on Saturdays during a soft sunny morning session 09h00 to 12h00 or a warm relaxed afternoon session 2pm to 5pm. Both with an extra hour before to set up and a half hour after to say goodbye to guests. We can assist you in creating the most enjoyable experience for your little one's special day by including decor packages and entertainments. Or you may just hire the venue and come with your preferred decor and entertainment team. We also provide photography to capture the special moments of the day, allowing the memories to last a lifetime. Details can be found on our booking form website. Venue viewings are during weekdays from 12:30 to 14:00, or after 4pm. TIME SLOTS:

MORNING: 09h00 - 12h00 AFTERNOON: 14H00 - 17H00
FULL DAY: 10H00 - 16H00

Venue hire rates can be found on the booking form. Venue hire includes:

Arrive 1 hour before event starts, venue team and decor team arrives earlier to set up

30 Adults & 20 kids* and more if needed with additions to the below

8 trestle tables with white tablecloths

1 Cake table with a white tablecloth

30 adult chairs - chair covers as an optional extra

20 children’s chairs & tables - table & chair covers as an optional extra

30 highball & wine glasses

30 ceramic plates

knives & forks, tablespoons and teaspoons

Cake forks, side plates & a cake knife

Large ice bucket x2 (please note no excessive drinking allowed as we are a kids venue)

Tea, Rooibos & coffee, milk, sugar is provided on request

Chip bowls

Cool water dispenser

Use of the large green playground: Soccer nets, bike track, sandpits and jungle gym. Venue staff to assist your party on the day. Up to half an hour after the party ends for guests to say their goodbyes.

An ideal venue for your child’s party

The entire venue is dedicated to your child’s party on weekends during a soft sunny morning session 09h00 to 12h00 or a warm lazy afternoon session 14h00 to 17h00. Both with a free hour before to set up and a free half hour after to clear up your party. A full day of partying is also welcome!

We are based at Kyalami Ridge Creche and Preschool and so comes standard with a large green playing ground equipped with soccer nets, jungle gym, sandpits and bike track, all surrounding a central lapa area. This way the mommies and daddies can sit under the lapa and have their child in sight throughout the day.

We make sure you create the most enjoyable experience for your little one by offering extra entertainment such as jumping castles, face painters, clowns, clamber club and much more. We also provide decorations of chair covers, table cloths, balloons, banners and more. Of course you are welcome to bring in your own - everything as well!

We also provide photography to capture the special moments of the day, allowing the memories to last a lifetime! TIME SLOTS: MORNING: 09h00 - 12h00 AFTERNOON: 14h00 - 17h00 FULL DAY: 09h00 - 16h00 VENUE HIRE RATE: R500.00 (per hour, minimum 3 hours, and can go up to 7 hours) This rate accommodates 55 people in total, with any ratio of adults and kids VENUE HIRE INCLUDES:
