Time is of the utmost essence when you are in my line of work, you are one minute late the whole gig falls apart.

I understand that there could be delays in funerals and I also understand that life happens and sometimes we are not in a position to control that what happens HOWEVER, communication if you are in a position to do so, is imparative!

I have a brand to uphold, my contact details on my product, which I take so much pride in. Whatever the outcome of the contents of my product, is how people who consume will remember me, thus giving them an opportunity to either refer or critisize whatever the experience they had at the time of consumption (referals are a huge part of how I attain some part of my business, hence providing best practices is what I live by)

In as much as I respect your time as my client and strive to be professional, do like wise for me because I have a schedule I adhere to and other duties to carry out 🙏
