Thank you Kruger Nights for the support and the opportunity to cater for your guests.

A romantic private dinner for a lovely honeymoon couple.

The couple enjoyed a special evening with a gorgeous sunset. Biltong tartlett with a rocket salad to start with, followed by a hearty slow Roasted lamb shank with red wine jus, Herb infused Mashed Potatoes and Glazed Carrots....unfortunately we chatted too much for me to remember to take a photo, but the meal ended with a delicious fluffy chocolate Mousse.
