A Sincere Thank You & And Honest Apology from Zikode Entertainment & Luthi Boqo
To our incredible community and stakeholders:
As the management team of Zikode Entertainment, together with Luthi Boqo, we want to take a moment to reflect on our journey from the "Prom Night After Party" to our most recent "Benzoo o tla Kasi" event.
To our Backbone: None of this would be possible without our ticket agents, security personnel, marshals, vendors, sound and stage crews, photographers, and cab drivers. To the artists, MCs, and promoters who brought the energy, and most importantly, to our attendees (Ama2K). Thank you for your unwavering support. We truly are because you are!
Holding Ourselves Accountable:
While we strive for perfection, we must sincerely apologize for the technical challenges we faced. Due to heavy rain, several sound cables were damaged, causing a major delay in our program. This unfortunately meant some artists could not perform due to prior commitments.
We also want to address the delay regarding Benzoo. A scheduling misunderstanding between management and the artist led to him performing later than expected. We deeply apologize to those who left feeling disappointed or worried; we hear you, and we promise we were working tirelessly behind the scenes to deliver what we promised.
The Wins & The Future:
On a positive note, we beefed up our security and marshals for this event, and we are proud to report minimal complaints regarding crime or violence. Your safety is our priority.
