Bontle’s Decor & Equipment hire Terms and condition’s policy

1. Booking and Payment Terms

- A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking.
- Balance payment is due 15 days prior to the Event.
- Payments can be made via EFT, 63077197367 FNB (kindly reference with your full names) or Ewallet

2. Cancellation Policy

- If the Client cancels the Event, the non-refundable deposit will be retained by the Company.
- If cancellation occurs within 10 days of the Event, the Client is liable for 50% of the total invoice.

3. Services and Deliverables

- The Company will provide decoration services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal.
- The Company reserves the right to substitute materials or designs if necessary.

4. Client Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information and requirements for the Event.
- Ensure timely decision-making and approval of designs and layouts.
- Grant access to the Event venue for setup and breakdown.

5. Liability and Insurance

- The Company is not liable for damage or loss caused by third-party vendors or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes will be resolved through The Companies Tribunal in accordance with the law

7. Governing Law

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

- The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
