The reception was one of my favourite parts 🤍💚🕯️

We went with this beautiful S-shaped table layout, and got to have a little fun with it.

Instead of keeping the florals to traditional centrepieces, we created a meadow through the middle of the tables, bringing that emerald forest feeling into the reception in a completely different way.

Honestly, I loved how it turned out. 🌿

And yes, the candles were absolutely necessary.

The bride + the flowers + gorgeous decor and the setting = one of my favourite combinations.

There’s just something so special about seeing all the details come together once the bride is actually in them.

The bouquet, the dress, the florals, the greenery and of course all the stunning moments of her smile captured in between.

All the things that make a wedding actually feel like her special day, rather than just a pretty table or a beautiful venue.

And honestly, she made it very easy to make everything look good. 🌿

Wedding brief: an emerald forest dream 🌿

Deep greens, lush textures, gold, candlelight, soft florals and a little bit of drama, because obviously.

When the sun went down and we lit every single candle in the room, everything just transformed.

The goal was the have the space to feel deep, intimate, and warm with lots of textured greens, heavy olive linens, and light bouncing off the glass.

The gorgeous meadow in the middle of the s-shape reception tables was so dreamy!
