A dinner event was held at the polocrosse fields yesterday, where Central Kitchen Caterers served a mouth-watering menu featuring beef stew, creamy mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, Greek salad, and a cocktail roll.

From start to the end..... with some very happy clients.

With our whole lamb spit braai, our chef will cook the meat for you, which normally takes between 3.5 to 4 hours. He will carve it for you, breakdown the bones and leave them for you to enjoy, which you can see in the last photo.... happy clients, eating the ribs.

Such a wonderful celebration with some really amazing people. We love what we do.
