Very great and fruit full weekend we had.
Cuisine Exquise Sank'Çilla and Cakes teamed up together to do an amazing event in Pretoria West. This is what we had lined up on the menu:

(Bacon, spring onion, mushrooms)

(Corn, lemon and Mint, Roasted Red pepper)

Clients and guests were very overwhelmed by the food and the flavours we had going. The whole event was a major success and couldn't have been done without the work and input by all the chef's who were involved and we thank everyone for all the hard work and long hours put in 'Çilla Cakes

for as long as I can remember Ï've always enjoyed watching cooking show and one person that I will always enjoy watching is Jamie Oliver. his style of cooking is simple extravagant all over the pace straight forward yet he produces such amazing dishes and that's what here at Cuisine Exquise love to see. he has and always will be one of my greatest chefs. who are some of the chefs that you enjoy watching and are inspired by?

you eat with your eyes before anything else, and its all about the presentation. like this really simple dish. a Cottage Cheese and Thyme with Peppers Smoked Chicken Roulade topped with a bourbon Veloute on a bed of citrus infused leeks. may seem a mouthful but its really simple and delicious bursting with flavour

here at Cuisine Exquise we have a weakness for sweetness. our decadent mint and kiwi crème Brulee with a summer fruit compote garnished with a toulis biscuit and a vanilla shortbread with a passion fruit coulis. Enough said!!!
