1x410g tin creamed sweet corn
5ml salt
2 eggs beaten
60g stock bake melted
60ml warm milk
350g self raising flour
2ml paprika
Mix everything and bake at170for 45 minutes

Potato cauliflower mash
(1)5 potatoes
(2) small cauliflower
(3)pocket cheese sauce
(4)cup milk
(5)tsp Dijon mustard or mustard sauce (optional)
(6)Benny spice
(7)pinch salt&pepper
Method
Cook potatoes & cauliflower until tender
Pour into a food processor & process until smooth
Add butter& Benny spice and pinch salt& pepper
Then mix cup warm milk& knorr cheese sauce and stir until thickness
Add to the mash the u can Dijon mustard or sauce and process until smooth & creamy

CARROT &tuna salad
(1) 1 onion chopped
(2)10 carrots shredded
(3)2 tbsp Rajah mild & spice
(4)tbsp garlic & Ginger paste
(5)3 packets mushrooms sliced
(6)1\2 cup frozen peas
(7)tbsp Worcester sauce spice
(8) 2 cans tuna fish in oil
(9) tsp white pepper
Method
(1) heat oil then add onion
(2) add all the spices
(3) add carrots ,garlic& Ginger paste
(4) cook for 10 minutes
(5) add slices of mushrooms and stir ,let it simmer for further 5 minutes
(6) let it cool
(7) pour into a salad bowl
(8) add 2 can tuna with the oil
(9)add mayonnaise

Slaw WITH A TWIST
Cup shredded white cabbage
Cup grated peeled peaches
2 tbsp peach jelly powder
Chopped fresh mint
1\2 cup mayonnaise
1\2 cup peach & apricot yoghurt flavour
Mix everything and garnish with peach slices and mint

BEEF STEW
11\2 kg beef stew
1large onion chopped
Tbsp garlic & ginger paste
Tbsp breyane masala
Tbsp mother in law spice
Tbsp rajah mild & spice
2 cups ted wine
2 cups beef stock
2 packet tomato paste
Salt & pepper
1\3 cup flour
In a bowl add meat + four and make sure all the meat is well coated with flour
(1) heat oil in a pot then add the meat and fry for 3 minutes
(2) remove the meat from the pot
(3) from the same pot add more oil then add onion & garlic & ginger paste
(4) add all the spice
(5)add meat + red wine ,beef stock and let it cook until meat is tender
(6) add another 2 cups red wine+ tomato paste + salt & pepper and let it simmer for further 20 minutes or until the gravy thickness then garnish with fresh chopped parsley or mint

RAISINS LOAF
Makes 2 loaves
4 cups flour
1 sachet instant dry yeast
2 tsp salt
1\2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1\4 cup oil
2 cups warm water
1 cup raisins
Extra oil
Extra 1\2 cup sugar
3 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 190 and grease 2 small loaf tons
(1) mix flour ,yeast ,salt and sugar together in a large bowl
(2) add eggs and 1\4 cup oil and warm water
(3) mix well and transfer to a floured working surface. Knead for abt 10 minutes until smooth and elastic ,add a bit of flor if it too sticky
(4) cover and let it rise in a warm place until doubles in size
(5) add cup raisins and knead again
(6) divide the dough into to halves and roll each ball into a rectangle.
(7) brush with the extra oil
(8) combine cinnamon and the extra sugar and sprinkleit on the two rectangle dough
(9) Tightly roll up each dough into Swiss roll style and put it into two loaf tins and cover again until doubles in size
(10) brush again with oil and bake for 45_50 minutes or until golden

Sweetcorn & spring onion vetcakes
4 cups flour
1 sachet yeast
Tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp melted butter
2 cups warm milk
3 cups oil for frying
1/2 can corn kernels
2 spring onion chopped
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients
(2) add corn and onion and mix
(3) mix butter and warm milk together and add to the dry mixture to form a dough, cover to allow the dough to rise& double in size
(4) shape into balls and deep fry.
Serve with garlic atchar & snorkfish
