Incentive events are very close to what we love doing at SA Event Decor.

For us, it is never just about putting decor into a venue. It is about understanding the concept, the destination, the guests, and the feeling the client wants to create.

Amanda and I are personally involved in the creative direction and conceptualization of our incentive-based themed events. Between the two of us, we have over 50 years of experience in the event decor industry, and that experience helps us understand what it takes to transform a venue properly.

Over the years, we have created many destination-style conferences and gala dinners, and many of these events have taken place at Sun City. It really does feel like Sun City has become one of South Africa’s leading venues for destination conferences, incentive events, and gala dinner experiences.

An incentive conference or gala dinner needs to feel special. Guests should not just walk into another function room. They should feel as if they have stepped into a destination, a story, or a completely different environment.

That is always our goal when we work on incentive events — to take the theme, destination, or conference concept and bring it to life in a way that feels thoughtful, creative, and memorable.

A Sparkling Celebration: 10th Anniversary Gala

SA Event Decor were honored to celebrate a momentous occasion with cherished clients who have become like family. Having adorned their weddings, birthdays, and numerous other celebrations, SA Event Decor were entrusted with the prestigious task of decorating their company's 10th-anniversary gala.

The brief emphasized elegance, sophistication, and a touch of dazzling glamour. To bring this vision to life, SA Event Decor transformed the venue into a breathtaking spectacle of white and crystal. Two-meter-long crystal drops cascaded from the ceiling, creating a mesmerizing effect. Three-meter-tall white cherry trees gracefully adorned the space between tables, adding a touch of ethereal beauty.

SA Event Decor further enhanced the ambiance by mixing table types, incorporating our signature high-gloss S-shaped tables alongside two-meter round high-gloss tables, resulting in a dynamic and visually captivating arrangement.

This project was a testament to SA Event Decor commitment to exceeding client expectations and bringing their dreams to life.

A select few were treated to a truly enchanting "Sugar and Spice" high tea at the esteemed Palazzo Hotel, Montecasino, this past December. The elegant banquet table was a masterpiece, adorned with cascading floral arrangements in vibrant reds, purples, and rich greens. Delicate blooms intertwined with fragrant herbs and clusters of plump grapes, creating a breathtaking display.
The ambiance was further enhanced by a warm glow from an abundance of candles, casting a magical light upon the scene. Nutcracker Dolls stood sentinel amongst ornate vases, adding a touch of whimsical charm. To complete this delightful tableau, the hotel presented exquisite tiered stands overflowing with both savory delights and an irresistible array of sweet treats. This event undoubtedly ranks amongst our most cherished memories of the year.

A Poinsettia Christmas at Montecasino

Last month guests celebrated in style at Montecasino, where the vibrant red of the poinsettia took center stage. These iconic blooms, symbols of rebirth, hope, and peace, added a touch of festive magic to the occasion.

We showcased our elegant vintage white-washed rectangular tables, adorned with festive flair. A captivating palette of red and silver dominated the decor, complemented by delicate touches of glistening red berries.

Take a glimpse into one of our recent events where we pushed the boundaries of creativity to match the theme of a rapidly evolving agricultural landscape. The brief? Décor to represent growth, sustainability, and cutting-edge design. 💡🌱

Inspired by molecular structures, we used hexagonal shapes throughout, complemented by a striking LED tunnel and photo area custom-built to match the client's vision. Our black high-gloss tables set the stage, adorned in sophisticated black, green, and gold decor.
