Great first day of The Premier Corporate Governance Conference for The Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa.

Always good to work with Keystone Group of Companies and Kevin Hughes who have done this event with me for most of the 14 years I have been doing it.

Also nice to learn new things - name badges with QR codes which facilitate the Lead Retrieval App which LeadLink has helped us with.

Stanley 1913 cups as speaker gifts are always a win.

And NH Hotels seems to be a good new home for us.

A few weeks ago, I got a call to help the team at Exposure Marketing with some last-minute work for MamaMagic.

Anyone who knows me well will tell you that the content side of the show was completely outside my comfort zone! But I'm proud to say I've learned a few things along the way...
✅ I now know what a doula is (thanks, Google).
✅ There’s a very famous Australian called Bluey who, contrary to my initial assumptions, does not play cricket or rugby. (I genuinely thought those were the only ways to become famous in Australia.)
✅ Bluey is actually a girl—and she has a sister called Bingo!

It's been a fun learning curve, and a privilege to be involved.
