OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM GUPTA FAMILY STOCKVEL EXECUTIVE
RE: VIRAL VIDEO INVOLVING A FIGHT BETWEEN THE STOCKVEL’S DJs
The Gupta Family Stockvel Executive would like to inform all members that we are aware of the viral video circulating on social media showing a physical altercation between the stockvel’s DJs.
The Executive takes this incident seriously and does not condone any form of violence, fighting, or misconduct that may tarnish the reputation, unity, and good standing of the Gupta Family Stockvel.
We wish to inform all concerned parties that the Executive is in the process of addressing this matter and is planning to take appropriate disciplinary action against the DJs involved, in accordance with the applicable rules and procedures.
We would also like to remind all members, including DJs and other service providers, that the stockvel contract clearly stipulates that fighting is strictly prohibited and that any violation of this rule carries consequences. All members are expected to respect the contract, uphold discipline, and conduct themselves in a manner that promotes peace, respect, and unity within the organisation.
The Gupta Family Stockvel Executive urges everyone to remain calm, refrain from spreading unnecessary rumours, and allow the Executive to handle this matter through the proper channels.
We remain committed to maintaining order, protecting the reputation of our stockvel, and ensuring that all members are held accountable for their actions.
