Lovely flashback Friday 😍

"When I was five, my dad took me to my first live concert, 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝗮𝗳. Because of the 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, this will always be my favourite concert.

A very close second was 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻. The memory of this old ballie with an 𝟴-𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 until 𝟯𝗮𝗺 still gives me goosies.

Both experiences were not fancy productions with huge sets, lighting or high level creative. The artists truly made their performances about 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 and the 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻." Tarryn Bentley-Gross, Wing Commander🎵

He cares about where Kitchen Mafia is going and the level of quality he wants. He understands that clients all have different budgets and price points, which is important in the real world.

The food tastes great, looks great and there is thought behind the presentation.

Kitchen Mafia’s added value is that they bring styling and décor elements into the stations, which helps elevate the overall look and feel.

And the biryani… that was our favourite. Big flavour, proper spice, a little kick, just the way we like it 🔥
