- Experience in a Call Center, as a Help Desk operator or as
a secretary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook
- Good communication and people skills
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Good telephone etiquette
Duties
- Office Admin and Co-ordination, reception and Call Center
operations, Data capturing and updating of all client
records on Excel and other platforms, dealing with clients
and providing client service.

å Duty Manager - Night Shifts
One of Manly's favourite pubs, the Ivanhoe Hotel has a vacancy for an experienced Duty Manager, predominantly working night shifts.
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, responsibilities of the Night Duty Manager include:
* Managing, motivating and on-going training of bar, food and kitchen staff
* Superior customer service skills; acting as a meet and greet to all customers using our bar, food and gaming facilities
* Cash/till handling including administering floats
* Liaising with live entertainers and managing sport/events televised on big screen
* Liaising and assisting with security and crowd control
* Setting up of hotel for night trade including furniture layout and ambience (light levels, music volume adjusted throughout the night)
Must have RSA and RCG, a keen eye for detail, be able to lead by example and want to work in a great Australian pub.
