African food as she started to experience different cuisines and further grew her art of food by learning other cuisines. She developed more in making healthy foods as she struggled with her weight and started learning to substitute her favourite meals and lost 22kgs. She has ever since dreamt of converting the catering sector into serving delicious healthy foods to many and young families “as the saying goes you are what you eat”.
