Bookay Cuisines and Events At the age of eight she discovered her passion for feeding people and began cooking for her family and at family occasions who became her biggest critics.

Chef (Fine dining, Catering Services and Customized Meals and Menus), Healthy Food Consultant(Weight loss and customized meal plans for healthy living) and Event Planning Bokang Senosha is the Executive Director of Bookay Cuisines and Events, with background in Public Relations and Communications; she is a self-taught Chef, Event planner and Healthy Food Consultant. Her passion grew beyond staple

African food as she started to experience different cuisines and further grew her art of food by learning other cuisines. She developed more in making healthy foods as she struggled with her weight and started learning to substitute her favourite meals and lost 22kgs. She has ever since dreamt of converting the catering sector into serving delicious healthy foods to many and young families “as the saying goes you are what you eat”.
