After weeks of hunting, I found a CATHEDRAL veil for my bride who was willing to settle but I refused to give up until I found her "the one"....

A cathedral veil ke bozza ya di veil, only because it is the longest. This is for when you want to make an 'entrance'.
It usually has more detail and drama but very regal.

It's the ultimate show stopper, extends beyond the train of the bridal gown and perfect for a long aisle to walk down

TO VEIL OR NOT TO VEIL....

I'm currently busy with a bride who's wedding is in six weeks and even though she fell in love with her gown on her very first fitting, the same can't be said about the veil. Thus, the hunt for THE veil began....

I wore a 'fascinator' or birdcage veil on my wedding, so of course, I thought why not update the bridal veil guide. A veil dictionary if you will😉

Hello there!

These two are the last of this series: The TEA-LENGHT & the MINI.....

The Tea-length falls in between the ankle and the knee. Ideal for all body types

The mini falls above the knee. Ideal for bananas but plus sizes shud slowly step away from this silhouette.

My opinion is that both these should be avoided for the matrimonial but are perfect for the reception. Then again, I'm not the bride🙈

SHEATH what?!

The least favourite silhouette, the sheath is the narrow shape that flows straight down from the neckline to the hem.

Ideal for lean frames, such as petites and bananas. Also good on hourglasses who are willing to show off their curves. Not good for pears as sheaths WILL accentuate extra inches in unflattering places.

This is a cut between a modified A-line & a mermaid cut. It's fitted through the body and flairs mid-thigh. It's ideal for frames with small waists, such as the hourglass,banana & petites. Not good for pears & apples, as it accentuates stomach and hip area.

I've had pear & apple brides who pull off this cut just fiiiiiine & look sexy too. Just saying.
