Last week we brought the BMW Group to life at SA Auto Week in Port Elizabeth, Coega Vulindlela. From curating stylish vehicle displays to designing the perfect atmosphere with bespoke floral arrangements and sophisticated furniture, every detail was crafted to impress.

To celebrate this next chapter, Brand Launch Solutions and SupaFly Print gave the Omoda | Jaecoo and iCaur offices a fresh new heartbeat - a space that reflects the energy of all three brands. From a reimagined reception desk and vibrant wall pockets splashed in brand colours, to bold vinyl visuals, logos, and wallpaper that speak the language of innovation.

We added sleek shelving for hero displays, greenery to bring life, and even a creative pod where employees can kick back on bean bags or spark some friendly competition over foosball .

This isn’t just a revamp it’s the start of a journey, where three brands meet, and the road ahead looks more exciting than ever.

BMW South Africa proudly showed up in style at this year’s Ubuntu Awards 🌍✨—an incredible evening hosted by DIRCO at the Cape Town International Convention Centre, celebrating South Africans making waves on the global stage.

We at Brand Launch Solutions were honoured to be part of the experience, managing BMW’s VIP shuttle service and transporting some of the evening’s most iconic guests—artists, award winners, and judges. 🎤🚘✨

We also had the chance to create a bold vehicle display featuring the locally built BMW X3, a proud symbol of BMW’s commitment to innovation, excellence, and local manufacturing. 🇿🇦

BMW BELUX brought 200 of their top dealer stars to South Africa for a Product & Brand Training Tour like no other — and Brand Launch Solutions delivered the full experience from A to Z.

The journey kicked off at Plant Rosslyn, home of the all-new BMW X3, followed by some serious thrills at the BMW Driving Experience – Off-Roading, Skidpan slides, and Drift sessions that got hearts racing! 🏁🔥

Then it was off to Cape Town, where luxury met local culture: winelands, catamaran cruises, culinary adventures and vibrant nightlife all wrapped in five-star service.

From luxury accommodation and transfers to unforgettable memories — this was more than a training tour… it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Brand Launch Solutions proudly conceptualised, organised, and executed the annual Daimler Trucks Southern Africa Dealer Conference, hosted in the vibrant heart of Melrose Arch.

With over 200 delegates from across Southern Africa, we ensured every detail was taken care of — from flights and transfers to accommodation, staging, talent and a show-stopping Havana Nights themed dinner.

Highlights included thought-provoking moments with Devi Sankaree Govender and Gavin Sharples, a fully branded experience, and an unforgettable atmosphere created through curated visuals and entertainment.

Brand Launch Solutions had the incredible opportunity to host the BMW X3 & 1 Series Product Launch Training for the retailer network across South Africa! Over six days, retailers immersed themselves in an engaging training experience—gaining in-depth product knowledge, discovering key USPs, and getting behind the wheel for an exhilarating ride & drive.
