It sure has been a LONG seven months with not being "able" to run events BUT the awesome The Bryanston Country Club are back with their uber cool annual Sunset Concert so be sure not to miss out on this one.. Hope to see some familiar faces there 🤓

🖐CHARITY SUNSET CONCERT – 24 & 25 OCTOBER🖐
As you should know by now we are hosting the Charity Sunset Concert over the above two dates!

To add value to the Saturday event we announced last week that we will be creating a CHILL CHAMBER in the Grosvenor Room after the event. This will be an awesome way to end your sunset concert.

TICKET PRICE : R150.00 Per Person (Kids under 6 FREE)
NO. OF TICKETS : Only 500 tickets per event are available! We normally host more than double this amount. So, please book and pay for your tickets ASAP. We have already sold 250 tickets for Sunday and 120 tickets for Saturday.
BOOKING : Book via your BCC APP or at Reception! Please ensure your top-up account is loaded with sufficient funds to process payment.

FOOD & BEVERAGE : Ample food and beverage will be available from vendors, food trucks and BCC stations. Burgers, taco’s, falafels, sushi, ice-cream, Nutella pancakes, salad, donuts, coffee and healthy ice shakes will be available.

SATURDAY, 24 OCTOBER
We would like to invite all our over 18 year old Members to this event! To cater for our different age demographics we are making Saturday for adults over 18 only. Due to Saturday Golf the fairway will open at 16:00 only. As usual food & beverages will be available.

SUNDAY, 25 OCTOBER
This is our regular family friendly Concert day! Everyone is welcome and there will be plenty activities for kids. The fairway will open at 13:00 for members to pick their spot and enjoy a laid-back afternoon with good food, friends and live entertainment.

It is with a heavy heart that we write to you to inform you that our time with Modderfontein has come to an end.

We prefer not to delve into the details at this stage as we are in the process of pursuing legal action. Many of you will have noticed a steady deterioration in the standards of the park in recent months, those who have been with us for many years will obviously know the extremely high standards that we set for ourselves and we want to assure you that the situation has caused us as much unhappiness as it has caused you.

Some of you will have reported that fees may have been increased, we have no knowledge or control over this and we apologise should this be the case. We have certainly not been a part of any decisions to increase fees. There may be outstanding access cards held by some of you which we are in the process of resolving with The Reserve should you have any queries in this regard please contact us directly.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your unwavering support over the past seven years. Rest assured that we will go from strength to strength and look forward to bright opportunities that we will communicate to you in the coming weeks.

Please note that there is a mass participation event taking place at Two The Core Trails Modderfontein this morning so ALL runners and cyclists will need to follow the EVENT ROUTE ONLY!!! This is of utmost importance to prevent head on collisions on the trails so please pay special attention to Chris who will be at the start of the event to explain the route options.

Please note that you will also not be permitted to start the trail at the start times of the individual races which are as follows :

MTB 88km - 06h30
MTB 46km - 06h45
MTB 25km - 06h50
MTB 15km - 06h55

Trail run 46km - 07h00
Trail run 25km - 07h05
Trail run 15km - 07h10
Trail run 7km - 07h15
